東京オペラシティビル7階 共用会議室
Overview
「東京オペラシティビル」7階に位置する貸会議室のインテリアデザインプロジェクト。同ビル18階 カフェラウンジ「SORANIWA」・オープンパントリーに続くプロジェクトである。
以前からテナント専用の貸会議室6室が設置されており、24席から最大200席程度の利用に対応していた。今回のプロジェクトでは、既存6室の状態を確認するところからスタートした。
Interior design project for tenant-exclusive conference rooms located on the 7th floor in the Tokyo Opera City Tower. This follows our previous projects on the 18th floor―the cafe lounge “SORANIWA” and open pantry.
The site originally housed six conference rooms accommodating between 24 and 200 seats. The project began with a thorough assessment of the existing conditions of these six rooms.
既存の床・壁・天井を活かし、メンテナンスのみにとどめた会議室や、メンテナンスに加えて家具を新調した会議室を残すことで、エントランスエリアと新設する3室の会議室のインテリアに注力。最小限のエリア（ここをデザインすることで他の最小限デザインの部屋もあたかも手を加えているようなデザインの相乗効果を発揮することを目指した）にデザインを施すことで、会議室エリア全体の印象を変えることを目指した。
Rather than completely renovating the entire area, the design strategy focused on concentrated intervention: preserving the existing floor, wall, and ceiling finishes of certain rooms through basic maintenance, while updating others by refreshing finishes and renewing furniture. This allowed us to concentrate our design efforts on the main entrance and three newly created conference rooms. By strategically intervening in minimal key areas, we aimed to generate a synergistic effect that elevates the spatial impression of the entire conference floor.
ビル共用のエレベーターから貸会議室エリアへとつながる通路には、エントランスエリアと同色のカーペットを敷き、利用者を導くサインとして機能させた。カーペットの先にあるエントランスエリアには、ミーティングの前後を落ち着いた気持ちで過ごしていただけるよう、バーガンディーの柔らかいテキスタイルを使用し、穏やかな空間を演出した。会議室へと続く通路には、既存の壁面にウール製の厚みのあるカーテンを設けることで、東京オペラシティらしい、劇場を思わせる印象をつくり出した。
A carpet matching the entrance palette guides visitors from the elevator bank into the conference area. Upon arrival, soft burgundy textiles offer a tranquil atmosphere for pre- and post-meeting moments. Along the adjacent hallway, thick wool drapes layered over the existing walls create a rich, theatrical feel, honoring the architectural legacy of Tokyo Opera City.
新たに設置された3室の会議室の内2室は、最大定員8名＋ウェブ会議が可能で、いずれもエグゼクティブ用を想定している。一方で、窓からの自然光を担保できる角部屋の会議室は中央の大判楕円テーブルに最大14名壁面には連続したベンチを配し、インテリアは木質と明るいトーンの素材を組み合わせ、落ち着きがありながら温かみのある空間を目指した。
Among the three newly created rooms, two are executive meeting spaces designed for up to eight occupants and equipped for web conferencing. The corner room, which benefits from abundant natural light, features a large oval central table seating up to 14 people, complemented by continuous perimeter bench seating. Combining warm timber with a bright, refined palette, the room achieves a quiet yet inviting environment.
