FinGATE KABUTO
2020年にデザインしたFinGate Terraceに続く、同シリーズの資産運用スタートアップ会社等に特化したサービスオフィスビルであるFinGate KABUTO。
FinGate Terraceから程近く機能していた当物件が増床するとのことで、増床フロアのインテリアを担当した。
元来あったフロアのカラースキームやマテリアルの雰囲気を感じさせながらも、フロアとしての個性を出すことを意識しながらエリアを検討していった。また、限られたスペースの中で個室が連続することもあり、壁面に対してはセキュリティ面を担保しながらも照明や時間によって人の雰囲気が感じられるようなマテリアルを選んだ。
FinGate Terrace, which we designed in 2020, was followed by FinGate KABUTO, a serviced office building dedicated to asset management start-ups and other companies in the same series.
The property, which functions closely to FinGate Terrace, was to be extended, and we were responsible for the interior design of the additional floor.
We designed the additional floor while aware of the original color scheme and atmosphere of materials and were conscious of bringing out its individuality. In addition, because of the limited space and the succession of private rooms, materials were chosen for the wall surfaces to reflect people’s moods based on the time and lighting and ensure privacy.
